These creamy tofu is always welcome at our dinner table, and it is so simple to make.
You don't need to use pan, just mix egg and milk.
Lots of protein, and of course healthy.
tofu 1 pack (300g)
tin of tuna 1
egg (beaten) 2
milk 100 cc
sliced cheese 2
1. Cut tofu into inch pieces.
2. Mix tuna(with juice), egg, milk,
salt and pepper.
3. Transfer tofu and (2) to a baking dish, and put cheese on top.
4. Put in the oven 180º 20 min till brown.
