aubergine casserole

This is my grandmother's recipe. I assure your kids who hate to eat vegetable will say "Yummy!!".

           -----Ingredients:-----

large aubergine    2  cut into bite size.
soy sauce             3 tablespoon
sugar                   3 tablespoon
white wine           3 tablespoon
 ★Japanese dasi     1 teaspoon
oil (sesame, if you have)
                           3 tablespoon

★Japanese dasi means "granular bonito-flavored seasoning".

               Process:-----

1. In a greased casserole, place
  eggplant, soy sauce, sugar,
wine, japanese dasi, oil and 1 cup of water.
2.Bake at 180º for 45 to 50
minutes. Stir up once carefully with wide spatula.
3. When you eat, top with
    shredded ginger.
