Quick, easy and it uses those green pepper that everyone keeps giving you. Do ahead and put in the oven 45 minutes before dinner.
If your dish has space, add small potato!
Ingredients:green pepper 4 (big size) bacon 4 slice --cut in 5mmsoy sauce 2 tablespoonwhite wine 4 tablespoonoil 2 tablespoonwater 2 cup
1. Butter oven-proof dish.
2. Wash green pepper, but don't cut. I use whole style green pepper,
3. Place 4 hole green peppers in the casserole dish.
4. Pour rest of ingredients on (3)..all the ingredients
5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until veggies are tender.
