Cook pumpkin simple so as not to lose the flavor.
Ingredients:
pumpkin 500g
salt 2 pinch
sugar 2 tablespoon
soy sauce 2 tablespoon
white wine (cheap one) 2 tablespoon
butter 1 teaspoon
1. Cut pumpkin 2~3 cm square.
2. Put in the bowl, sprinkle salt, mix well.
3. Microcook on HIGH power until soft, 5 minutes or more.
4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter.
5. Once butter is heated through. Add pumpkin and sugar, soy sauce and wine.
6. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes,then flip the pumpkin over and over until juice be gone.
