tuna jaga (tuna & potato in broth)

                  
                              Try this Japanese Style Tuna and Potato casserole.

Ingredients------

1 kg potato      peel and cut 3cm 1 large onion    slice 5mm
1 tin of tuna
sugar              3 tablespoon
white wine      3 table spoon
soy sauce        2 table spoon
butter            2 table spoon
pepper
garlic powder
water             1 cup


Process-------
 
1. Place all ingredients in the pan or casserole.
2. Cook untio potatoes softens. (170º oven 60min).
