Dashimaki Egg


A dish made by mixing eggs with stock, sweet cooking sake, sugar and soy source and frying the result to a soft, fluffy finish.

To cook this, we use special pan. If you have not that, use oven. Easy and have same taste.


       My secret

              Using mayonnaise and butter  

              make them softer.             


             Ingredients:


egg                        4

soy sauce              2 teaspoons

sugar                     2 teaspoons

white wine             2 tablespoons

water                    2 tablespoons

mayonnaise            1 table spoon

butter or olive oil   1 tablespoon


Japanese dashi      2 teaspoons         

   (granular bonito-flavoured seasoning)

 

              Instructions:


1. Mix  all ingredients well.

2. Micro cook 5 min.

3. Mix well again.

4. Set cling film in rectangle shape dish or container and pour (3).

5. Micro cook 3 min.

6. After make sure it has no liquid, Shape it like a roll cake.
